Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from defects.

Products can only be returned at the same location where they were purchased.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged, or not in their original condition/packaging are non-refundable.

Exchanges are not permitted under this policy.

3. Return Process

Once approved, the product must be returned to the place of purchase.

The buyer/customer shall bear the cost of return shipping if the return is made for reasons other than product defects or errors from our side.

4. Refunds
